Transcript

Southern Arkansas University Tech uses National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to receive and process official transcript orders. Please use the link below to begin your NSC order:

Order Transcript

The NSC site will provide instructions for placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. Order updates will be emailed to you, and you can also check your order status and history online. You can order transcripts at any time of the day or week, and the Registrar’s Office will process transcript orders during business hours. Order processing times may vary due to the number of orders received daily, so please be sure to place your request at least two to four weeks prior to the deadline when they are needed.

Graduation

SAU Tech's first annual Fall Graduation will be held on December 12, 2025, at 10:00am. This includes August 2025 graduates and Fall 2025 graduation candidates. Graduates need to be at the Student Activity Center by 9:00am on graduation day. 

Cap and Gown Pick Up

Cap and Gown pick up will begin on December 3, 2025 and continue through December 10, 2025, 8:00am to 5:00pm each day. The pick up location is in the Registrar's Office, room 144, in Manning Hall.
