We have several procedures for you to get a copy of your transcript.

Written procedure - Print and complete the Transcript Request Form. This request cannot be honored without the student’s written signature. Mail the signed form to: Southern Arkansas University Tech Office of the Registrar P.O. Box 3499 Camden, AR 71711 Email: registrar@sautech.edu 

Faxed procedure - Print and complete the Transcript Request Form. This request cannot be honored without the student’s written signature. Fax the signed form to: 870.574.4442 

In-Person Procedure - Come to Administration Building AD 124, AD 126, or AD 130 during normal business hours. 

Graduation

SAU Tech holds graduation ceremonies every year in Spring. If you have met all the requirements, you can apply for graduation here.
