Transcript

Southern Arkansas University Tech uses National Student Clearinghouse (NSC) to receive and process official transcript orders. Please use the link below to begin your NSC order:

Order Transcript

The NSC site will provide instructions for placing your order, including delivery options and fees. You can order as many transcripts as you like in a single session. Order updates will be emailed to you, and you can also check your order status and history online. You can order transcripts at any time of the day or week, and the Registrar’s Office will process transcript orders during business hours. Order processing times may vary due to the number of orders received daily, so please be sure to place your request at least two to four weeks prior to the deadline when they are needed.

Graduation

SAU Tech's Spring Graduation will be held on May 9, 2026.

Graduation applications for Spring Graduation are due on January 30, 2026. Any applications after this deadline will not be accepted. 

Cap and Gown Pick Up

The dates and times for Spring Graduation Cap and Gown pick up have not been determined. Please check back later in the spring semester for this information.
